Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Oh LORD, there are so many things in our lives and people in our lives that are depending on us on being faithful and doing our part. Our animals need our labor and love. Our jobs need our attention and skill. Our relationships need attention to detail and protection. Even the littlest of things requires our maintenance and care. Things like personal hygiene, our attitude, and our personal items like car and property. Help us Jesus do be responsible for what you have given us and to be accountable for them. Whatever you use see in our lives Jesus that we have neglected gives the strength and vision to repair and strengthen. Sin grows in darkness, but accountability sheds light on that darkness. So then each of us will give an account of himself to God. And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account. So many things in our lives where we know what the right thing to do is but we are not doing it. We need Holy Spirit to give us passion to obey and do the good works God in Christ has called us to continually do.
