Proverbs of a 36 yr old man

It takes great wisdom to render verdicts in a way that reflects God's concern for justice. Those who make judicial decisions carry a weighty responsibility for ensuring that the innocent are acquitted and the guilty are condemned. If judges are corrupt the law of God is made in void. Show me a righteous ruler and I will show you a happy people. Show me a wicked ruler and I will show you a miserable people. God cares what happens in court, and he intends that the courtroom be an instrument for rescuing the innocent and convicting the guilty. We must work to help those who are being mistreated, remembering that justice ultimately comes from God, not man. We all want justice in life-but we don't really. What we need is mercy. For all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God. The full justice of the law of sin and death was placed upon the shoulders of Jesus on the Cross. On his shoulders was heaven's government placed, call Him Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. Let Christ Righteousness reign in every country, people and tribe. The Gospel is justice and it is truth in action. The LORD God has told us what is right and what he demands: "See that righteous justice is done, let mercy be your first concern, and humbly obey your God.
