You must desire the right things. Run from temptations that capture young people. Always do the right thing. Be faithful, loving, and easy to get along with. Worship with people whose hearts are pure. Think about God. Remember that God loves you. Remember the things that God wants you to do. And God will reward you. Don't let it bother you when all goes well for those who do sinful things. Be patient and trust the LORD, your hope will not be in vain. He watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them. You have heard, O LORD, the desire of the humble; You will strengthen their hearts and incline your ear. For the needy will not always be forgotten; nor the hope of the oppressed forever dashed.
