Proverbs of a 38 yr old man

A good home. A good home is hard to find. So many broken families with so much anger and pain. In this world flesh and blood forget their very own. But not so in a good and godly home. Amazing what young children can do when somebody believes in them. They don’t need much to thrive. They don’t need much money or a fancy home. Just love and a place to belong. And for the orphan a last name for new beginnings, a fresh reset to learn to live again. This is why if you have a good home you should enjoy every ounce of it. Its weight on the heart is more precious than gold. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full! May our sons flourish in their youth like well-nurtured plants. May our daughters be like graceful pillars, carved to beautify a palace. You need a good home my child. God has provided that in Christ. The family of God is of every nation, tribe, and tongue. A people with different gifts and talents honed in the love and nurture of God. Our Heavenly Father has provided for the lost orphans of this world. Those shunned by their government, by their culture, and by their families. On the Cross Jesus signed your adoption papers. No matter what happens good and bad, God wants you as his sons and daughters. That is, if you will have him. The Father has a good home for you in heaven, and even now in your heart. For I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God’s unfailing love for ever and ever. I can count on his mercy and kindness to be there every time I come home to Him.
