The atheist in the fox hole needs no introduction. He calls on God as if he knows he is real. Same for the Christian in the fox hole, they can get a word from the mouth of babes if they are humble enough to receive it. Religion and clout goes out the window when you need Gods timing and providence right away. Look! The LORD sends a friend nearby who is better than a brother far away. Strong word alert! Stop refusing the gift of getting humbled and admitting your wrongs, its waiting at the door of your heart to receive. The LORD has been sending you help for years and you have closed your heart to the messenger. Its the most humblest of people that carry the most heaviest of words. You were waiting for a flowing robe pastor and God sent you a humble Son. The Lord isn't slow about keeping his promises, as some people think he is. In fact, God is patient, because he wants everyone to turn from sin and no one to be lost. Hear the LORD say to the church in Thyatira (Rev. 2:21 I gave her time to repent, but she does not want to turn away from her immorality.) Also, (Acts 7:51 You stubborn and hardheaded people! You are always fighting against the Holy Spirit, just as your ancestors did.) Be aware, The Holy Spirit comes as gentle as a dove and as wise as a serpent. So lets humble ourselves more than ever to receive him today.
