Proverbs of a 39 yr old man

Appreciation many times pays better than money. For some, no amount of money can cover the lack of appreciation. Great partnerships have split, visions have died, and production has suffered because of ungrateful leadership. Even if racking in a lot of profits for yourself, others around you are already out the door because the lack of acknowledgement and recognition. You would be surprised what a simple thank you or a meaningless ribbon of employee of the month would do for someone wanting respect and value for their work. Go ahead and appreciate somebody today. Start with giving thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Be sure to fear the LORD and faithfully serve him. Think of all the wonderful things he has done for you. Blessed your eyes will be, because they will see; and your ears, because they will hear. So that through Christ living in us we start to be grateful and appreciate those in our life more. Being kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Rather in the flesh where we selfishly use people for our own gain and pride. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying one another. We are called to love each other as brothers and sisters and to honor others more than we do ourselves. Study Phil. 2:3
