The key to continued success in promotion is to keep doing the same things that brought you promotion. Be consistent in obedience to the things you were faithful to and now stretch yourself out in making others better than yourself. Every promotion should be to better those around you and your company. Consistency keeps back complacency. Don’t forget what brought you to where you are now. Your hard work and also people that believed in you. Make sure you honor them by having a good name and reputation. With promotion should come growth and more opportunity. And I am not just talking about more money and authority. No, but now more than ever face problems to find answers, get more stronger in management and relationships, and most of all seek a better and more humble you. Sky is the limit when it is God that lifts up. For the LORD sends poverty and wealth; He humbles and He exalts. He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor. “For the foundations of the earth are the LORD’s; on them he has set the world. He will guard the feet of his faithful servants, but the wicked will be silenced in the place of darkness. “It is not by strength that one prevails; those who oppose the LORD will be broken.
