Oh To Be Wise-Meditations

I had the window down enjoying my drive home when I felt something flapping on my ear. I smacked it couple times thinking it was a bug flying around. To my shock it was white hairs growing on the side of my ear. It's official I am aging just like my father did. Oh Lord teach me to number my days like you number the hairs on my head. We convince ourselves that we have a long time to live, and as long as we are healthy, we really believe that we will live forever in this body. Aging is a reminder that this life is passing away, there is so much wisdom to be searched out in that. Live life to the fullest but give it to God to bring meaning to it. Jesus wants us to not worry, for He accounts for every hair on heads even the ones growing on the side our ears. Study Psalms 90:12
