Oh To Be Wise Meditations
My dear friends, stand firm and don't be shaken. Always keep busy working for the Lord. Nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless, know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. There is no difference between the one who plants and the one who waters; God will reward each one according to the work each has done. Like Peter, who once said to Jesus, we have left everything and followed you. What will we have? We all ask the same question because what God has called us to do is humanly impossible. But in Christ all things are possible. Jesus has promised to be with us to accomplish his work on earth. You can be sure that when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne in the New Age, we all as kings and priests will receive blessings from God. Everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for His sake, will receive a hundred times more and will be given eternal life. Let us serve the Lord Jesus now with a mentality like this: Many who now are first will be last, and many who now are last will be first. What we do here on earth matters to God. Even the littlest things usher in the blessings of God in your life. Take the time to live out the christian life and invest in your future life hid in Christ. He has rewards in the next life that we cannot think or imagine. When we pursue righteousness and loving devotion to God we find life, goodness, and honor. Living with hope everyday is a hard thing to do. But we must trust God is working in us and all around for his glory. Meditate Is.40:10 https://biblehub.com/isaiah/40-10.htm
