Proverbs of a 36 yr old man

Prayer should be transformational. It likes climbing up a high mountain to pursue quiet time with Jesus. And as you are praying and reading the scriptures it becomes alive in your heart. You were dead in your sins but now you are alive in spirit! You read about Moses and Elijah which were both pointing to Christ. But now as you read and connect with the Gospel message, the light that shines from Jesus face enlightens you. Like the sun shining over you, you start to feel the warm presence of his love. You start to feel his robe of righteousness over you, feeling as white as the light in his presence. Then you look up in the clouds and rainbow hangs high reminding you that you are a son, you are a daughter of the Most High. Because we accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour we are called the children of God! The beloved in whom He is well pleased. You went up the mountain for prayer and came back transformed by the presence of God. Jesus has risen from the dead go and share the Good news of the Gospel. How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!
