Oh To Be Wise Meditations
I saw this all purpose spray bottle called good pure joy. Genius marketing I think because I want some of that. LORD, pour out Holy Spirit over me and in me. Give me good pure joy as a cleanser to my heart and soul. Wipe away my sad countenance and give me a smile of peace. Cleanse my distressed spirit and give me a pure joy from the inside. Let me be a holy fragrance that you diffuse through me to hardened souls. For our lives are a Christ-like fragrance rising up to God. But this fragrance is perceived differently by those who are being saved and by those who are perishing. To those who are perishing, we are a dreadful smell of death and doom. But to those who are being saved, we are a life-giving perfume. Make me LORD Jesus a bottle of good pure joy. Spray your presence through me and use me as your all purpose cleaner. Thank you for many gifts of The Spirit that you pour out through us.
