Proverbs of a 36 yr old man

Trying to catch the wind. People often see all the things that other people have and become jealous. Spending all of their time and effort trying to be just as successful as them. However, they may not always produce a good result. This because you neglect your family and lose many friends by making money your obsession. Maybe even lose your own good health as well working too hard. If you have enough, it seems better to live without too much effort. Then your life will be quiet and calm. It is better to be content than to be jealous. To gain a lot, you must work too much. And if you work too hard you do not achieve anything really worthwhile. This kind of thinking is like someone who is trying to catch the wind. Better a little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure with turmoil. Better a little with righteousness than great gain with injustice. Yet a very little food eaten in peace is better than twice as much earned from overwork and chasing the wind. Only a fool folds his hands and wastes away his life in sin and selfishness. Jesus gave his life so we could chase after him and not passions full of hot air. Study Ps. 37:16
