What's important are the processes of life, the pursuit of goals rather than their attainment. You won't believe it when your young, but try to keep it in mind; at least it will ease some of the pain. God doesn't take back the gifts he has given or disown the people he has chosen. So keep pursuing the goal to win the prize of God's heavenly call in the Christ Jesus. All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you. Only let us live up to what we have already attained.
