Proverbs of a 37 yr old man

I'm fearful. I'm fearful of what lies ahead. I see trouble on the horizon, I see evil prospering in every way. I'm fearful of the causalities and consequences, of the evil that is within my own gates. I feel afraid of the darkness creeping into my soul. But then as I look up in prayer to the face of Jesus and I see He is not bothered by the pride of the wicked. He is not worried and nervous about the rebellion rising up in peoples hearts. No I see almost like snarling coming from his face. The same look that He had when He looked death at its face and shouted Lazarus come forth! The enemy has to flee, if we surrender to God! Yes, resist the devil, and he will run from you. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation. To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. I'm fearful no more. My eyes have realized the glory and power of God. My whole demeanor has changed. I look at evil all around knowing Jesus is bold and on the throne. Fear has to leave and power and love have to stay.
