Proverbs of a 38 yr old man
Your devotional life. Are you taking time to devote yourself to knowing God? Devoting your mind to the renewal process of Living Scripture? Devoting your life to the purposes and will God has for your life? You need that one on one time with Jesus like deer pants for water. If not, you will lose your soul to the cares of this world. For what is the hope of the hypocrite when they are cut off, when God takes away their life? Will God listen to their cry when trouble comes upon them? Will they themselves even find delight in the Almighty? Will they call on God at all times? I will teach you about God’s power. I will not conceal anything from you that I have learned concerning the Almighty. Hear this: Your devotional life must be kept sacred above all things. Do not be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. You know Christ came to take away our sins. He isn't sinful, and people who stay one in their hearts with him won't keep on sinning. If they do keep on sinning, they don't know Christ, and they have never seen him working in their lives.
