3 Day Siege of Battle Prayer
Day 2
It will be a day when the LORD’s anger is poured out— a day of terrible distress and anguish, a day of ruin and desolation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness, a day of trumpet calls and battle cries. Down go the walled cities and the strongest battlements! The battle is fierce, and it's even harder to bear spiritual arms in such harsh torrential storms. The rain is pouring and lightning shines in the darkness. But in the heat of spiritual battle souls are being won. Though the winds of strife blow and we many times can’t see the enemies counterattack. Go look to the hill from whence your help comes from! There is Jesus with all his splendor and glory! It gives me chills looking at him on his lofty white horse. The Holy Spirit fills me with courage as I tighten my grip on the Sword of the Spirit. The LORD is gathering the troops to strengthen and encourage. Giving living water to nourish his very own. Yes, He is calling all forces of righteousness to move forward and seize the day! This the day the LORD has made and let us be glad in it. Man your stations and strike your prayer attacks against the enemies evil plans and inclinations. Pray confusion in camp of the enemy and ask Holy Spirit to penetrate hearts and minds. Where there is weakness let there be strength, where there doubt let there be trust. Look, the LORD is making a way where there is no way! Walls once fortified in guilt and shame are falling down. The latter rain has come and washed our tears away. The Sun of Righteousness is rising and victory is being raised behind enemy lines! Move forward in prayer and personal sacrifice. Give your time to the LORD and your talents. The enemy is retreating because of the faithfulness and obedience of the saints to their God! They are filled with the passion of Christ stepping on the throats of evil desires in there wake. The enemies weapons are no match for the gorilla warfare of heaven. The LORD Jesus speaks and demons tremble! They did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling. Not staying within the limits of authority God gave them but left the place where they belonged. God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness, waiting for the great day of judgment. Leaving behind lifeless souls in there wake in the battlefield good and evil. Let us gather up the broken, the hurting, and the despaired. They are precious treasure to our great King. Even those who failed him or denied him he will restore. Come with me, let’s help pick up the pieces of the contrite heart. We are here to rescue souls for the LORD's glory! Remember, there is no wasted prayer, let’s continue on our attack…..
