Good Breathing. Breathe in. Breathe Out. We do this all day, every day without a thought. It is something that we should actually practice daily to help keep our mind and body at peace. We tend to speed up our breathing and waste the oxygen we are given. No, we need to take the time to practice deep breaths. It will improve our stamina bringing more oxygen to the blood giving us better body function. Also helps to relieve pain as we relax the mind to release endorphins. Good breathing lowers our blood pressure when we are too stressed and unable to find balance. It can even help with our digestion of food, promoting your organs to function effectively. Such a simple idea, but how many of us actually take the time to take deep breaths and enjoy God's gift of life in our lungs. The same way good breathing benefits your body so does constant prayer strengthen and renew your spirit. We need Holy Spirit daily to help us breath in spirit and life and exhale sin and death far from us. We tend to leave prayer as a last resort not realizing its the deep breaths of prayer that keeps our Spirit connect to the Spirit of Christ. Remember, the life of every living thing is in His hand, as well as the breath of all mankind. But there is a spirit in a man, the breath of the Almighty, that gives him understanding. This is why you must practice daily the good breathing of prayer. Then God will give you real understanding and insight to live spirit filled life for His Glory! Who has put wisdom in the heart or given understanding to the mind? For it's the LORD who gives wisdom; and from His mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Yes, breathe in me LORD Jesus daily in personal prayer.
