Proverbs of a 39 yr old man

I saw this video of a little boy playing with his dog outside in the open grass. All of sudden his dog in wisdom knocked the boy down and stood over him as other territorial dogs came out of no where to ambush this poor little boy. This little boys dog though was relentless in its pursuit to keep this boy safe. It chased away these ruthless dogs with reckless abandon to himself. Its like it went full beast mode as the enemy dogs run away in seven different ways. I made me think of the Cross of Christ and how God went full beast mode to protect humanity from the enemy and the power of death. God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. His love is in relentless pursuit of those who have no one to defend them or protect them. Literally in the jaws of sin and death, Jesus the Mighty Lion of heaven comes to the rescue those dead in sin and suffering. Yes, tearing limb from limb all evil coming against these poor souls. Look I see blood spilt on the Cross as the King of Kings gives his life to protect the brokenhearted and the destitute. Exhausted, Jesus gave his last breath on the Cross to secure our peace and safety for the next life and Kingdom come. Feel Gods heart in this as well as yours: Roaring lions that tear their prey open their mouths wide against me. I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart has turned to wax; it has melted within me. My strength has dried up like sunbaked clay. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have laid me in the dust and left me for dead. My enemies surround me like a pack of dogs; an evil gang closes in on me. They have pierced my hands and feet. I can count all my bones. My enemies stare at me and gloat. They divide my garments among themselves and throw dice for my clothing. But you, LORD, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me. Deliver me from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dogs. Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen. I will proclaim your name to my brothers and sisters. I will praise you among your assembled people. Study Duet. 28:7
