Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
Holy Spirit go before us. The Lord is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. He goes before you like a pillar of cloud by day as your shield and shade to lead the way. Like a pillar of fire by night to give you light in the darkest of nights of the soul. Look! The LORD goes before you to make the rough places smooth and to shatter the doors of bronze and to cut through their iron bars. Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of Hosts. Rain and snow fall from the sky. But they don't return without watering the earth that produces seeds to plant and grain to eat. That's how it is with the very words that God speaks. They don't return to Him without doing everything He sends them to do. Oh the power of the Spirit of Christ when virtue is sent out from his very presence! Pray Holy Spirit to go before you like Noah sent out a dove after the Great Flood. The first time, the dove returned to him to comfort Him. On the second occasion, the dove returned with a freshly-plucked olive leaf in its mouth to show Gods provision and that He is still working. The third time Noah sent out a dove, it did not return, revealing the dove had found a new home on the land of the earth. Praise God! This means the Holy Spirit has gone before him and has already prepared the way for abundance and real life. Can you hear the voice of God saying repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand! Hear a voice of one calling: Prepare the way for the LORD in the wilderness; make a straight highway for our God in the desert. Yes, prepare your thirsty hearts today through the gift of Holy Spirit provided as a guarantee to our most Holy Faith. Lift up your head and open the gates of your heart so that the King of Glory may come in and live in you. Jesus says: Behold, I come to make all things new. Amen. So let the Spirit of Christ come into your heart and life so that He can make his dwelling place in you. LORD Jesus prepare in me a temple fit for your Holy Presence. Send Holy Spirit to renew me and transform into the Image of Christ, my LORD and my God.
