Proverbs of a 40 yr. old man

"The Word of God is like" series. The Word of God is like fire. Is not My word like fire that consumes all that cannot endure the test?” says the LORD. Therefore, this is what the LORD God of Heaven’s Armies says: “Because the people are talking like this, my messages will flame out of your mouth and burn the people like kindling wood. And the words of the LORD are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times. Amen. The Word of God is so tested and true, its wisdom we can count on in an ever-changing world of sin. The Word of God is like a fire in so many ways when it is allowed to work inside our hearts. For example, as fire purifies metal, God’s Word purifies our consciences, renews our minds, illuminates our spirits, and drives away darkness. God's Word brings warmth and comfort in times of difficulty. Like drawing near a glowing warmth of a burning fireplace, the Word of God warms our hearts permeating our very being. Our God is a consuming fire! The Spirit of Christ covers us and renews us as we stay near His Fiery Presence. His very words become as fire in our bones! The fiery impact of God’s Word awakens us to areas that need to be transformed by His Spirit. When a believer hears the Scriptures expounded by the anointing of the Holy Spirit, or when the believer reads the Bible to take it by faith into his heart, its supernatural power is unleashed. And when that happens, that person’s heart, will, thoughts, emotions, and memories are all touched by God’s power as if by fire. Jesus is the Living Word stirs new righteous thoughts and desires in us. Becoming more like Jesus in his law of love. Scriptures all lead to Him and Holy Spirit fire in us cannot be quenched making us more into His Holy Image. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold, though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So, when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy. The reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls. Amen.

Then I saw heaven opened, and a white horse was standing there. Its rider was named Faithful and True, for he judges fairly and wages a righteous war. His eyes were like flames of fire, and on his head were many crowns. A name was written on him that no one understood except himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. Amen. Think about this: The Word of God with fire in His against His enemies, but also a fire of love in His eyes for those who have been transformed by the fiery power of Holy Spirit. Jesus's love burns hot for his bride! He longs to make her holy by the power of the Water and Spirit. John the Baptist said, I baptize you with water; but someone is coming soon who is greater than I am. So much greater that I’m not even worthy to be his slave and untie the straps of his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
