Gentle winds seem to blow harder because your not as resistant. But when your defensive even the gentlest of words cannot be received. Think about this, strong words blow and we get so defensive and offended. We need to be less resistant to the soft wind of Holy Spirit and receive His Direction. This so that the strong winds of strife don't make us defensive against God. But make us able to stand against the storms of life with just a whisper from Heaven in our hearts.
