When you approach a person remember that whatever spirit they are operating in doesn't change your Spirit in Christ. The battle is not flesh and blood and some people are taking a beating daily by evil spiritual forces. When they meet you they might be under attack, they may need you to listen and bear a burden with them. Either way your reponse should be the love of Christ. God can use you to comfort a tired soul.
