Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Protected in the womb. How beautiful to think is a mother who cares for her baby for nine months. All that time she protected and nurtured this baby. Safe and sound as she rubs her growing belly. When she eats the baby eats, when she drinks water the baby drinks water. All day long she is one with the baby inside like the LORD is one. This is why a woman leaves her father and goes to her husband becoming one. Husband, wife, and baby growing, three in one purpose starting a family. The Gospel works in the same Father Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus is the only Begotten of the Father. He died on the Cross and rose again so that he can raise many son and daughters to life! And even more beautiful is the love we as believers are to have towards each others. Paul said to the Galatians in 4:19 Oh, my dear children! I feel as if I’m going through labor pains for you again, and they will continue until Christ is fully developed in your lives. Amen. Something so wonderful happens in the womb. Its a safe place where babies are grow and are formed. Hear the heart of the LORD: Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands. And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. Praise God! Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” We are protected in the womb of Holy Spirit. Though our flesh is dying daily our spirit is being renewed in God Holy Presence. Protected in the womb of God.
